Quantum Vibe: This Means War (Part 3) 30 day Indiegogo campaign.

Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. Inside the Water Brothers Cafe, by the bar. Emily is still talking to Billy on her wrist-comm. Babbette the younger has moved in closer behind Emily to eavesdrop. (At this point we don't really see Billy, just the 6x9-inch screen emanating from the comm.)
Billy (from comm): Relax, Emily, I'll be there in just a few beats.

Panel 3
Exterior view of the Rose seastead, similar angle as when we first saw it. The energy beam is just now hitting the place, enveloping it in a white-hot cylinder.
