The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Inside Little Toot, Ernie is floating in the same amid-ship area we saw Bert in 194.3. He has his helmet off. We can see a bit into the flight deck where Bert is partly turned in his acceleration seat. Bert also still has his pressure suit on, without helmet and gloves. The place still has stains on the bulkheads, panels and decks but the trash – including the unconscious pirates – has been picked up and stowed.

Ernie: What a mess!

Panel 2
Ernie moves into the co-pilot seat next to Bert.

Bert: That's what I said when I came aboard. I did pick up the trash.
Ernie: Speaking of which, where are the pirates?

Panel 3
Two-shot of the brother. Bert hooks a thumb over his shoulder.
Bert: Got 'em in the pressurized storage bin.
Bert: Oxygen level is set just high enough to keep them alive so long as they don't get too active.
Ernie: Good thinking.
