Babbette (from inside the train): Juárez Waldo? Where is Waldo?
Babbette: Oh Reggie, that is so jejune. What are you, eight years old?

Panel 2
Inside the train, Babbette and Reggie ride and chat. Reggie smiles broadly. In the moment, Babbette is still looking crossly at him.
Reggie: Only in my heart, my love. I am forever young.

Panel 3
Same shot, now, Babbette is won over by Reggie's ingratiating grin and grins back at him.
Babbette: {sigh}
