On Their Way....
This is a message for the IGG QV9 backers! For those of you who ordered physical perks, they are on their way via USPS. For those of you who selected one or more of the PDF perks, you should have received an email from DriveThruComics.com. That email contains links to the vouchers you need to download your copy of the PDF you requested.
If you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email from DriveThruComics, let us know and we'll get the links you need.
Signing and Shipping
Scott has finished autographing all the books, and we've started shipping them out. Your physical perks should show up in the next week or so (might be a bit longer for international shipments). We expect to send out vouchers (via email) to those who wanted the PDF e-books.
Once again, many thanks to our backers. Stand by for further updates.
The Transcript For This Page
Panel 1
Reggie, Babbette and Harmon are now walking across the Novo Argo main deck (actually Babbette is bringing up the rear, climbing down the short forecastle steps).
Harmon: Thanks for saving our bacon, Reggie.
Reggie: Don't look at me, Dan.
Panel 2
Babbette has caught up to the men, and Reggie puts an arm around her shoulder.
Reggie: Cap'n Babbette is your savior.
Reggie: She acted before I even fully grasped the situation.
Panel 3
Now Reggie and Babbette are facing each other. A tender moment – Babbette's eyes are welling up with tears as she looks at her man. We can just see Harmon standing to one side.
Reggie: Babbette can be one tough mama bear when she needs to be.
Reggie: After all, she raised Bert and Ernie, didn't she?
Panel 4
Babbette is fiercely hugging Reggie, hanging on as if for dear life. Reggie returns the hug affectionately.
Caption: After their battle with 'Moby Dick,' the sobered couple avoided adventure for the rest of their days on Venus.
Caption: Almost dying reminded them just how good life can be.
