Wide panel, the scouts – and now Lili – surround Jim's limp form. They're removing his envirosuit. Their own helmets are gone, it's not clear where they are yet but it's not in the airlock. Libby and Emily and Robyn are close together, and Lili is farthest from Jim's head, positioned in a supervisory role.
One of the boys: Whoa, does this guy stink or what?
One of the girls: Phew!

Medium close-up on Lili, showing a couple of other scouts in the frame, looking sideways at her.
Lili: The lower air pressure pushed everything out of his gut into his suit.

Panel 3
Broader shot, taking in more of the scouts, and some more parts of Jim's pressure suit coming off, but at the moment all the scouts are laughing uproariously. We can see now they are back in the common area of the hab.
Lili: It's called vacuum diarrhea.
