The Transcript For This Page
Panel 1
A collection of secondary characters from earlier in the story, some of them Mascons, some of them Locals, sitting at a table in a bar and enjoying drinks and conversation together.
Caption: Once Marsha's spell was broken, most of the Mascons were perfectly willing to live under Vesta's cultural norms.
Caption: The Locals didn't hold any grudges. They admitted it was the most fun they'd had in years.
Panel 2
Pilgrim Boner is at a souped-up computer workstation -- think of Tony Stark's home laboratory in the first Iron Man movie. He's standing in front of a curved bank of large holographic screens, interacting with them via hand-gestures and touching the screens. His face a study in concentration.
Caption: Pilgrim went back to his work on the Odeum and Darcy Underground.
Caption: He also made money as a freelance consultant specializing in comoputer system and networking security issues.
Caption: He had to justify that MIT degree somehow.
Panel 3
Marsha and some of the other ex-Council Members, with luggage in tow, are in the Spaceport Lobby. Marsha is speaking with Robert Katzman, the freighter pilot we first saw at the end of Fly, Robyn Fly.
Caption: Marsha and her Council decided they'd be happier elsewhere.
Marsha: Mr. ... ah ... Bobcat? I understand your ship is launching today -- could you drop us off at Mars?
