Indiegogo Campaign Has Begun!
Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. And one final incentive for the first 20 who get there first, an add-on for a Free Cosmos Project coaster (1 per perk).
The campaign starts today, Sunday, November 10th, and will conclude in 31 days.

The Transcript For This Page
Strip 70
Panel 1
Pretty much a reprise of the last panel of strip 69, except a bit larger, and with space for the logo. Guy is looking a bit distracted, like some thought has a hold of his attention and won’t let go.
Lorna: Two leaks left and we’re out of patches. Damn!
Fiorella: How much time do we have left?
Panel 2
Two-shot of Lorna and Fiorella. Lorna is consulting some data on her PDA screen. Both are looking grim.
Lorna: My PDA estimates at this rate we have between two and three hours before the pressure drops to the point where we lose consciousness.
Lorna (2): We’ll be dead an hour after that.
Panel 3
Similar shot, except that now Fiorella reacts to the shout from Guy, who is off-panel to the right.
Lorna: There must be some other way to …
Guy: Aha! I knew it!
Panel 4
In the middle-ground, Guy has removed his fancy PDA from his arm and is holding it up to show the women, underside facing forward. It has what looks like a quarter-inch thick pad of dark foam over the entire surface of the inside curve. We see parts of Lorna and Fiorella’s heads from the back, at either side of the panel foreground.
Guy: Those patches are made of the same material that attaches my Security PDA to my arm! The PDA controls it with magnetic fields and a security code, but the pad congeals at minus 40 degrees.
Panel 5
Now Lorna is holding Guy’s PDA, examining the underside closely. Guy looks on in the background.
Lorna: By the gods, you’re right.
Guy: When deactivated, it cuts with a knife. Do you think we can make patches out of it?
Panel 6
It is several minutes later. Fiorella is closely examining one of the last two patches. Lorna is holding a 5” folding knife, and looking at the readout from her PDA. Guy is holding what’s left of his own PDA, looking at it with a bit of regret.
Lorna: That’s all we got. Looks like the pressure is steady.
Fiorella: This last patch seems to be holding.
Panel 7
Guy is moved back into lecturing-bureaucrat mode, speaking at Lorna with his eyebrows raised and arms crossed. Lorna and Fiorella are both rolling their eyes.
Guy: I believe this is just the sort of thing I was talking about before we were interrupted.
